Q1: Paribus Is a lending and borrowing DeFi protocol however there are many in the space that makes Paribus special?
Deniz: It’s true, Borrowing and lending protocols have been around for awhile now, But with Paribus we have Superior Tech with AI/ML pricing model that will allow instant loans rather than old-fashioned P2P models As well securities put in place. But really what separates us from other projects is we developed Our protocol to adapt to a wide variety of assets including Exotics like NFT’s , Synthetics , Metaverse , and RWA.
Q2: You launched on Arbitrum recently with your Mainnet V1 Why Arbitrum? and which chain is next in line?
Deniz: We believe Arbitrum is a new and Innovative chain that has a growing Eco that we can grow with. Our goal is to work with every chain currently we are waiting on a Price oracle feed so we can Migrate to Cardano through bridging solution. However, our App is up and ready to borrow and provide liquidity to earn passive rewards.
Q3: On your roadmap you have Meta-mortgage and your own Metaverse HQ. Can you expand a little about this function?
Deniz: The thought process behind meta mortgages is that we will be able to take the same functionality of traditional mortgages and bring them into the metaverse, keeping to a similar structure as they are in the real world. This is simply a step to meet the growing demand for financial participation within metaverses. We plan to be the most accessible and user-friendly platform within this space.
Q4: NFT Lending is soon to be live on Paribus. Can you tell us a little about how it will work and what are your expectations?
Deniz: For Our NFT Lending side we built a special A.I module that will allow for the user to get instant loans rather than old-fashioned P2P models. We are going to work with all the blue chip NFT projects and will introduce a new feature we are working on called cascading liquidation that basically allows borrowers to set a limit and provide an extra security net.
Q5: Next Up is Governance in pursuit of becoming a DAO. We know you have a very unique model for that as well please explain how it will work and how significant is it for the protocols longevity?
Deniz: So With Paribus Governance model we are introducing a Quadratic voting . We believe it is a powerful tool that allows for a more equitable distribution of voting power among community members. unfortunately, most DAOs don’t work this way.” The goal of transitioning into a DAO has been a key tenet since the inception of Paribus. We want to create a that empowers the community to make changes and provides transparency for everyone involved along with getting rewarded PBX Token while participating . In addition I believe this part will open many doors for us in almost every aspect so I definitely believe that governance is a vital aspect of the Paribus vision and it will be very important to ensure our long-term success.”
