On May 16, according to Reuters, FTX's main repayment will begin on May 30, marking the second distribution to creditors, with a total distribution amount exceeding $5 billion. FTX had previously made the first repayment distribution to small creditors in the Convenience Classes under its Chapter 11 restructuring plan. BlockBeats previously reported that FTX creditor representative Sunil stated that the CEX has started sending emails to FTX users, confirming that the next round of FTX compensation distribution is scheduled for May 30, 2025. This distribution covers claims both below and above $50,000.
