I played @Showdown_TCG and...
The game has massive potential to go mainstream!
It could break out of the crypto and attract regular players.
Here's why:
- It's a card duel game with highly addictive gameplay
- Collectibles play a major role in the game. People love collecting cards (Pokemon, MTG are examples)
- There's a ranking system and tiers, just like in Hearthstone
- The graphic style is amazing.
- The game feels like it's on par with traditional games from well-known studios, considering it's an alpha version.
I've been waiting a long time to play it.
and I have to say, I wasn't disappointed at all. It's genuinely awesome (but there's still a lot of work to do and room to grow).
