Wu learned that LayerZero tweeted that the StarGate DAO has approved its acquisition of StarGate (STG). StarGateDAO members voted in favor of this acquisition with 95%. STG Token holders will be able to convert their tokens to ZRO on the starGate finance platform on Monday. Previously, the LayerZero Foundation proposed to acquire the StarGate cross-chain bridges and its STG tokens for $110 million. The Wormhole Foundation plans to make an initial offer of at least $120 million in USDC to acquire StarGate.
